I had a great experience with RefiJet. They offered me the best rate to payoff my car lease and I checked around. Whitney Wrasse was exceptional. She guided me on every step of the way. Everything went smoothly. I will highly recommend them.

Had a GREAT experience all around. Taylor was PHENOMENAL from start to finish the whole process took hardly any time, we got a better rate, better payment, and a much better loan company! She was so helpful, answered every question, and her customer service was 12/10 !! Would recommend everyone work with Taylor and Refijet for an easy refinance process.

RefiJet helped me in buying out my car that I had leased in 2021. Fritz Whaley of RefiJet was beyond fabulous. He made doing the paperwork a snap, returned phone calls promptly, patiently answered my questions, and is very knowledgeable. I would easily go back to him if I wanted to refinance my car again and would refer a friend to him.

RefiJet was a lifesaver for me! I was connected with William Geist, who was everything I could have asked for in a representative. I had never refinanced a vehicle before and the main reason was to remove another party from my loan and title. He was able to help navigate me through the process, taught me things my last auto loan company didn't (i.e. GAP insurance, protections), and was just a lovely person to interact with. Plus he managed to get me a great rate and a lower car note. Even though I started this process the day before New Years Eve, he managed to get everything settled for me and the other party by January 4th. The speed that everything was handled was outstanding. If I ever need to refinance a vehicle again, I will be reaching out to William immediately!

I had been in customer service for over 30 years, so I know exemplary customer service when I get it! I think RefiJet had one of the most easily navigated websites I've used. It was one of the most seamless refinances I've ever experienced. Their rates were competitive and the online paperwork and Docusign were easy to follow. But I want to take moment to acknowledge my agent Haven Melynn. She really went the extra mile and bends over backwards to make sure the customer is happy! She is perhaps one of the most professional, knowledgeable and pleasant people I have EVER worked with! She really knows her stuff and it's clear she loves her work and making customers happy! If you're looking to refinance, ask for Haven!

I’d give them a 0 if I could. I applied for a refinance and they put me on with the finance guy “William.” He told me my debt-to-income is too high. As I explained they are including my student loans, he didn’t want to listen and just cut me off with “we can’t help. Have a good day,” and hung up. What terrible customer service. Didn’t even try to help with options. Just dismissed me. I hope not all of their service reps are this bad.
